At the end of 2015, AXELOS will be launching our new ITIL Practitioner Qualification , which has been developed to help individuals apply the ITIL framework in their day-to-day roles.
This qualification will cover the following topics:
- offer practical guidance to individuals to start adopting and adapting the ITIL framework
- based on the fundamental lifecycle stage Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
- distil and leverage the good practices from other methodologies and frameworks such as Lean, Agile and DevOps
We are conducting market research to better understand how the community perceives the qualification in relation to others on the market and to understand the level of demand.
