Téma: DHL – Production Change Management (přednáška bude probíhat v českém jazyce, doprovázena slidy v AJ)
Anotace: Production change management process in IT Services of DP DHL covers lifecycle of the change request from the early initiation stage, through the risk assessment and approval in principle, followed by development, testing, approval for implementation, implementation and the change review and closure stage at the very end. The ownership of Change Request lies with the Change management team in charge of the relevant HW infrastructure, with central (global) governance.
The risk assessment and approval practice includes both IT Services internal stakeholders and Business IT stakeholders. All Major and Significant Change Requests are discussed on the Global Change Advisory Board meeting which includes all there Regional Change teams. Change management process authorizes above other documentation also Release To Production plan and Change management team activates the RTP Implementation tasks and authorizes the implementation steps once the Change Request has been approved for implementation.
