Process of itSMF CZ membership registration

Select type of membership
Fill in, print and sign the Application form and for membership type Vendor and Corporate is also necessary to fill in, print and sign the List of registered members for Corporate/Vendor. For English version of these two documents please contact Office of the Organisation at the address clenstvi@itsmf.cz
Send the application form by post at the address of the organisation which is stated in the form and scan of this signed form please send at the address clenstvi@itsmf.cz
After approval of your membership application by the Management Board you will receive invoice to pay the membership fee.
After receipt of you payment on the bank account of the organisation you become the member of itSMF Czech Republic:

you obtain access to member’s section of web portal (each member obtain his own login information)
you can begin to take advantages of benefits which are offered by organisation to its members
you can actively participate on organisations activities especially by membership in special committees
